JeffCare, a program of Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority (JPHSA), is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus in Substance Use. JeffCare is a division of JPHSA and a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides integrated primary care and behavioral health services from two health centers in Jefferson Parish.

The successful candidate will:

• Have LCSW licensure
• Have 1-2 years of experience working in addiction counseling services
• Provide mental health and substance use assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy
• Be committed to helping people achieve their wellness goals
• Be committed to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team that includes primary care providers
• Focus on improving health outcomes by using best practices, ingenuity, and strong analytical skills
• Communicate and interact effectively at different levels with different audiences
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals served, physicians, and colleagues
• Exhibit high ethical standards and personal integrity
• Provide care in a culturally competent way & consistently treat all with dignity and respect
• Be adept at effectively balancing priorities

Bilingual (Spanish) therapist is strongly desired.

Salary: $59,066.35 - $71,133.66 per year
