Essential Functions: The Lead Social Worker LMSW is responsible for acting as a liaison for social work services for patients and their families. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing social work services for patients and families. Assists patients and their families in coping with difficulties related to hospital admission, illness, treatment and discharge. Provides guidance to junior team members.
Job Qualifications:
Experience Qualifications
3-5 years of social work experience
Education Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited school in Social Work.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
LMSW licensed in the state of Louisiana
