Job Description
BERKELEY HALL SCHOOL is seeking for a well oriented and well behaved customer Service Representative to join our team in Customer Service team responsible for assisting and attending our clients needs
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
