MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Collect and review service order forms to ensure that all necessary information is included and distributed to appropriate personnel.  

• Review electrical and plumbing service orders and blueprints to eliminate discrepancies and ensure the communication of accurate information.
• Work closely with the Chief Electricians in all areas relative to event and maintenance work.
• Initiate and input work orders to the Asset Management Software.
• Follow up on completion of requests and submit daily progress reports to the Chief Electrician.

Interface with other department managers to ensure successful events. 

• Assist clients in ordering electrical and plumbing services that are essential to the proper installation of their booth or production.
• Provide labor estimates to end users ensuring that information provided is based on the most up-to-date information available.

Contant exhibitors, decorators, production companies or show management personnel for any additional information needed to ensure the accurate installation of services.

Maintain an organized filing system of service orders and other records to ensure that information is easily retrievable. 

Act as the Electrical Division's Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the division. 

• Keep daily time logs of hours worked by electrical personnel as supplied by the Foreman.
• Oversee the dispatching of service calls for large shows and dispatch maintenance calls as necessary.
• Divide show work and areas of responsibility equally among assigned Foremen.
