Notary Public (Metairie / New Orleans)
Gentilly Mail and Copy Center has in ten years become a mainstay of the local community for the vide variety of services we provide. We are a beloved neighborhood small business who prides itself on excellent customer service. We have a fantastic team of about 15 people and are seeking to add staff that would further solidify and enhance our great reputation in our community. We are seeking a Long Term, Full Time CURRENTLY COMMISSIONED Notary, Shipping and Sales Cashier for Immediate position. This may be at one or both locations 3157 Gentilly Blvd, New Orleans or 609 Metairie Rd. Total compensation package of $46k, which includes, $22/hr, 401-K w/ 2% Company Match, 5 paid holidays/year after first 3 months, One week paid vacation after one year, Raises.
Some Experience required and/or very fast learner. This job is not easy as there are many different activities done here.
You must be friendly, energetic, organized and able to multitask. We are open from 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9-5 on Saturdays and are primarily looking to fill evening shifts, and Saturday.

Fedex, UPS, DHL and USPS shipping along with packing,
Cash Handling,
Use of copiers, printers, office machines,
Printing anything from business cards to 5 foot wide banners,

Commercial Printing,
Sales of merchandise,
Computer rental, fax service,
Mailbox Rental-in store mail pickup.
