Job Description
$2,500 sign on Bonus
The Service Technician works closely with the Service Manager and Property Manager. HVAC certified preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance requests.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager.
• Ensure that the grounds are free of litter at all times.
• Helping keeping the Maintenance shop clean and in order at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and display a good attitude at all times.
• “team spirit”. Work well with other team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Service Manager.
• Responsible for adherence to policies outline outlined in Employee Handbook.
• After-hours on call required on a rotating basis.
• Must have reliable transportation
