Job Description:
Are you passionate about social media, creative content, and staying ahead of the latest trends? We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Assistant to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our online presence. As a Social Media Assistant, you will collaborate closely with instructors and staff to create engaging content, leverage trending audios and trends, and ultimately drive new client acquisition through Instagram.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Assist in the creation of captivating content, with a focus on Instagram reels, to showcase our brand and offerings.
Collaborate with instructors and staff to batch content efficiently, ensuring a consistent and appealing online presence.
Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest social media and marketing trends.
Implement strategies to leverage trending audios and content formats for maximum engagement.
Client Acquisition:
Work towards increasing the number of new clients discovering and booking our services through Instagram.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize the Instagram platform for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
Content Creation Skills:
Ability to produce 1-3 high-quality posts per week, incorporating trending audios and following popular social media trends.
Proficient in creating visually appealing and shareable content, particularly in the form of Instagram reels.
Marketing Awareness:
Understanding of social media and marketing trends, with the ability to apply these insights to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Client Growth:
Proven track record of increasing the number of new clients finding and booking services through Instagram.
Experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive client acquisition on social media platforms.
Time Dedication:
Availability to dedicate 5-10 hours per week to social media-related tasks, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using Instagram and staying updated on its features and algorithms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
