Job Description

Intralox, L.L.C. is currently seeking a Warehouse Lead located at our state of the art facility in Hammond, LA. This team is responsible for inventorying and pulling parts for our daily operations and logistics. In this role, the candidate should expect to be versatile and move between activities as needed to meet capacity needs from day to day.

Responsibilities
• Ensure standard operating practices are followed and conduct quality audits

• Coach team members on productivity, quality, and safety performance opportunities

• Ensure good communication and collaboration with team and other leads and supervisors throughout the Operations group to promote an environment of teamwork

• Aid with the initial and on-going operational, safety, and equipment training for team members

• Promote and participate with continuous improvement efforts

• Observe and provide feedback on personnel and team performance scoring

• Monitor and continually improve warehouse inventory accuracy

• Respond to routine requests/issues and timely escalate issues requiring the involvement of others

• Perform pulling and stocking functions when necessary

• Safely operate various lift equipment

• Conduct RF scans for each move of inventory and maintain accurate inventory count

• Perform housekeeping duties in warehouse

• Troubleshoot errors related to warehouse automation

• Reconcile all truck loads and staging locations daily to ensure accuracy

• Exhibit teamwork and self-management

• Follow the attendance policy of the Department

• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and policies

• Work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft office software

• Experience or certification in operation of lift equipment

• Experience in handling, prioritizing, and delegating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Stable work history

• Strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with RF Scanners

• Experience with warehouse automation and using HMI's

• Familiarity with Oracle, WAMAS, or other Warehouse Management Systems

• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position as detailed in the functional job description, including the requirement to lift and carry 62 pounds

Desired Qualifications

• Strong computer skills

• Experience in warehousing/receiving or inventory management

• Previous lead or supervisor experience or demonstrated leadership experience
