Job Description
Local Pet Store Petcetera NOLA is now Hiring Retail Sales and Customer Service staff who is an outgoing, quick learners, and confident in their ability to communicate with customers and teammates to achieve goals!
Responsibilities:
- Foster an energetic and helpful retail environment for our customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing account support and recommending cost and service alternatives.
- Go above and beyond to provide great customer service and achieve weekly sales goals.
- Cultivate a fun team environment that inspires and drives overall team performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in technical sales preferred
- Must have a love of Dogs and cats
