Job Description
Job title: Care Manager - Guiding Excellence in Client Care
Reporting to: Area Manager
Hours: Must be available Monday Friday 8am-5pm (some on call as needed)

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, you'll have 2+ years of experience in home care, showcasing your dedication to exceptional client service.
- Educational Foundation: A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
