We're looking for a Product Manager who will own the roadmap to our core product and who will be instrumental in executing a product-led strategy that drives customer success, product adoption, and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth proptech startup with a ton of growth potential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of SaaS product management experience.

Your Responsibilities 

• Strategic Ownership: Take charge of owning and executing  the roadmap for RentCheck's core product. Develop a profound understanding of the product and the problems it solves to help guide product strategy and decision-making.
• Product-Led Approach: Leverage RentCheck's customer success platform and closely collaborate with the Customer Experience Team to identify pain points in the customer journey, from onboarding to adoption. Your role will involve addressing these pain points through product updates to enhance customer value, reduce reactive customer support, and move us closer to a low-touch customer success model.
• Outcome-Driven Product Management: Define clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones, and lead the implementation of roadmap initiatives to achieve these objectives.
• Agile Methodology: Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes for new features and product enhancements, ensuring a well-defined product development process.
• Seamless Collaboration: Effectively communicate with Software Engineers and Quality Assurance testers throughout the development process, ensuring high-quality, issue-free product releases.
• Customer Research & Analysis: Communicate with potential partners and customers, analyze customer data, and identify new opportunities to help prioritize roadmap initiatives.
• KPI & Feature Adoption Measurement: Measure, monitor, and report on the  impact of your work and the adoption of new product features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with teams across functions, including Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering, to drive increased sales and boost product adoption and engagement.

Qualifications We’re Looking for: 

• 2+ years SaaS product management
• Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS product development.
• Proptech and Customer Success experience are pluses.
• Self-motivated and strong communicator.
• Expertise and deep knowledge of SaaS product management best practices.
• Proven track record of hitting defined targets and KPIs. 
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Goal-driven, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
