General Laborers with valid TWIC cards needed to work in a plant environment on the port with exposure to outdoors and dust. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work both day and night shifts that can change on a weekly basis. These positions are temp to perm, offering long-term opportunities with our client at the port.

Pay: $12 / hour

Description:

• Cleaning out containers used to store sacks of coffee beans.
• Using a razor knife to cut liners out of metal containers, bailing liners, sweeping walls and floors of containers, using a leaf blower to remove trash and dust, using a grinder to remove glue from container surfaces, and using a pressure washer to clean surfaces thoroughly.

Days & Shifts:

• Monday through Friday, with some weekends required.
• Morning- 7:00AM-3:30PM
• Mid-Morning- 9:00AM-5:30PM
• Mid-Day- 11:30AM-8:00PM
• Afternoon/Evening Shift- 3:00PM-11:30PM

Requirements:

• TWIC card preferred but not required
• Skills- Must be able to write legibly and have good record-keeping skills
• Experience- At least 3-5 years of steady work history and must be able to provide employment references that will be verified
• PPE- Steel-toed boots or steel-toed shoes. All other PPE provided
• Physical Requirements- Must be able to pull, push, twist, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
