Job Description
In Search of Pizza People
Seeking a chef, cooks/bakers/pizza makers and kitchen staff for a new pizzeria + tavern in the Lower Garden District, opening November 2023. This red sauce joint has a small, focused menu with an emphasis on consistency, but with an opportunity for creativity. Must be interested in making perfect pizza, excellent salads, and platonically ideal sandwiches. This is an opportunity for someone who is excited about baking (experience is a plus but not necessary) and perfecting dough. We are building a place with a positive atmosphere, a culture of enthusiasm, inclusivity, and curiosity. We are excited about fermentation and experimentation, and delighting our guests.

Ideally, we want someone with experience and excitement, however, if you don't have experience, but want to learn and are in it for the long-haul, please apply. We have multiple roles open, and there is no replacement for curiosity and enthusiasm.
Salary/Pay Range: $15-$30/hr (salary and hourly/tip pool positions available)
