About McCord Butchery
<p>McCord Butchery is a locally owned and operated meat, seafood, and provisions market located at 210 Veterans Blvd, Suite A in Metairie. We offer the “old school” Butcher and Chef-Driven experience and service that used to be offered many years ago. Our customers are able to “handpick” their items as well as special order food products for parties or while entertaining at home. Our European style shop sells premium 30+ day aged USDA prime, dry-aged and wagyu beef as well as all-natural pork, poultry, veal, lamb and fresh seafood. In addition to the protein selections, McCord Butchery offers wine, locally sourced beer, local, regional and international cheeses. A selection of specialty provisions like oils, dry rubs, brine and more is available, complementing the fine meats and seafood.</p><p><br></p>
