Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder/CEO to lead our ambitious start-up. This role is pivotal in setting the strategic direction, securing funding, fostering a positive company culture, and driving growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Set the company's overall vision, mission, and strategic direction.
- Spearhead the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans.
Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Own, devise, and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy to accelerate the company's growth.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment of GTM initiatives with overall company objectives.
Fundraising and Investor Relations:
- Lead the company's efforts to secure the next round of seed funding.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and ensure the company's financial health.
Branding and Corporate Image:
- Lead and oversee the company's branding strategy, ensuring a consistent and resonating brand message.
- Position the company as a thought leader in the AI space.
Software Development and Delivery:
- Maintain a strong connection with the technical team to ensure the alignment of product development and market demands.
- Understand the nuances of software development, especially in the AI domain, ensuring timely delivery and product-market fit.
SaaS Leadership:
- Drive the SaaS model ensuring subscription growth, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest SaaS trends and incorporate best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership and Culture Building:
- Lead, inspire, and attract top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment that encourages growth, creativity, and employee satisfaction.
Key Characteristics and Qualifications:
- Serial Entrepreneur: Proven track record of building and scaling successful start-ups.
- Drive and Initiative: A self-starter with an unyielding drive to see projects through from inception to successful completion.
- SaaS Experience: Strong understanding and experience in building and scaling SaaS businesses, ideally B2B.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with software development and delivery, especially within the AI domain.
- Branding Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building a strong corporate brand and identity.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, partners, and employees.
