We are building HR data, processes, and systems to support our people strategy and as an HRIS Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing our HR technologies through implementation, configuration and general ownership of HR data systems, processes, and integrations. Possessing a firm understanding of the unique challenges of analyzing and managing HR data architecture and business processes, you will lead HRIS implementations, enable data-driven decisions making, and support our overall HR objectives.

Essential Functions:


• System Implementation and Maintenance. Lead the configuration, review, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS implementations, integrations, and functionality releases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements.

• Translate Business Requirements into technical and process solutions.

• Manage projects including the development and management of project plans, deliverables, and change management.

• Maintain understanding of relationship between HR systems and data and leverage this knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform scheduled activities.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues by determining root cause, researching solutions, and implementing corrective action. May involve coordination with third-party vendors.

• Manage the security, confidentiality, and data integrity of the HRIS system ensuring appropriate access and restrictions. Manage Admin rights and test environment access.

• Identify business process and workflow improvement opportunities.

• Oversee data integrity and accuracy, regularly auditing and cleaning data, resolving discrepancies and implementing data governance protocols.

• Maintain data that is not systematically managed. Maintains job architecture data and ensures data governance of job codes, job titles, salary ranges, and other related compensation elements in the HR system.

• Perform HRIS system testing to include the development of test strategy documentation and project plan, writing test scripts, coordinating testing resources, testing and project management.

• Report Writing. Write, maintain, and support the HRIS reporting requirements. Organize data that will allow for more effective and accurate analysis.

• Develop and deliver training programs, end-user documentation and quick reference guides to ensure employees have a comprehensive understanding of the functionality.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, manage integrations and implement system updates and patches.

• Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all data and information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related degree with commensurate experience

• 5+ years data management experience or 5+ years Business Analyst experience

• Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes including but not limited to employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits administration, performance management and compensation management.

• Experience with ERP solutions (on-prem or SAAS) such as: Oracle, Kronos, Workday, Ultimate, SAP, ADP, Avature

• Demonstrated ability to work under strict time constraints, pay close attention to detail and perform tasks accurately and completely.

• High level of proficiency with Excel

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualization tools to extract insights and present data-driven recommendations.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Strong written and verbal skills; ability to communicate in simplest terms including communication with teams.

• Skilled in project management including organization and prioritization.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks requiring methodical and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong quantitative analytical skills

• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Strong critical thinking skills to successfully understand data, data relationships and processes to troubleshoot and resolve gaps and issues.

• Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines collaborating and building strong relationships with varying team members.

• Ability to show curiosity and a high degree of initiative, w illingness and ability to learn.
