Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the editorial team to understand the design requirements and objectives of each project.

Design eye-catching and engaging layouts for magazine articles, features, covers, and advertisements using Canva.

Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and infographics to enhance the visual appeal of the magazine.

Ensure consistency in design elements, including fonts, colors, and overall aesthetics, to maintain the brand identity.

Incorporate feedback and revisions from the editorial team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Stay updated with current design trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Canva designer, preferably in a magazine or publishing environment.

Exceptional proficiency in using Canva, including a strong understanding of its features, templates, and design tools.

Proficient in graphic design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.

A keen eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and impactful designs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the editorial team.
