Intralox, LLC has an opening for a Business Analyst on the pricing/discounting team within its Commercial Operations Group. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to analyzing, implementing and maintaining product pricing for modular plastic belting and accessories, customer discount contracts (Preferred Supplier Agreement /PSA), performing related system maintenance and all required ongoing testing. Additional responsibilities will include ad-hoc reporting and participating on projects that are being developed by the Commercial Operations Group.

Responsibilities:

• Review product pricing to ensure pricing proposals from commercial teams align with company profitability and system standards
• Setup pricing for new products in Oracle based on pricing requirements
• Work together with other departments to implement annual changes that are approved by management
• Analyze PSAs and work with teams to ensure that agreements are consistent with Intralox pricing methodology, PSA guidelines, and are supportable by the order management system
• Act as a gatekeeper for all customer rebates and coordinate preparation with Intralox accounting department
• Responsible for ongoing company analysis related to customer discounts Prepare other ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• College degree in business related field preferred Business experience (5-7 years preferred)
• Very strong computer / query skills required; Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Knowledge of Oracle or Noetix Web Query is a plus
• Strong qualitative & quantitative analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Works well within a team environment and across departments
• Self managed self-starter who takes ownership of area of responsibility
