WHO YOU ARE

· An Independent Worker – You possess the ability to take a directive and work on the build from start to finish with little or no supervision. You know when deadlines are set and deliver completed product on time, error free.

· A Team Player – You are available to support the team by leveraging your skills by actively listening to coworkers, respecting ideas and improving the process at hand. End result will be producing great product that will contribute to the growth of Oracle Lighting.

· An Experienced Individual – You have experience working with automotive headlights, fog lights, led lighting and soldering. You have the ability to trouble shoot these products and have confidence when building product or communicating product information with customers and co-workers.

· An Individual with Attention to detail – You have the ability to read directions or work orders and catch any errors prior to building the product. You are knowledgeable about ORACLE Lighting product and confident of your skills when working on builds thus not making errors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Carry out task assigned by the Operations Director or Lead Technician.

· Ensure complete understanding of the procedure and process for producing the part/build assigned. When in doubt, obtain further instructions.

· Ensure all jobs are completed on time and entered as Built in NetSuite.

· Completed jobs must meet company and part specific specifications.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to climb and balance on equipment.

· Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds.

· Must be adaptable, comfortable to work under pressure and flexible with priority changes based on business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

· Experience with 12V Systems, LED arrays, soldering, and LED drive systems is preferred.

· Experience installing audio and alarm systems on vehicles a plus.

. Experience in automotive repair, or electronics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• 12 v: 2 years (Required)
