Job Description
Intralox's global marketing department seeks an enthusiastic, enterprising, and creative global Trade Show Coordinator who is part of the Event Management Team. This position will manage the planning, development, and execution of trade shows globally in the tabletop and shell scheme categories.
Partnering with key stakeholders, marketing team members, and vendors, you will achieve business objectives by delivering superior and exciting industry-specific events across the entire attendee journey. You use your experience with the latest industry trends and best practices. You enjoy collaborating on developing customer event calendars for business units to create world-class customer interactions. You can translate a vision and commercial team goals into an experience that encourages deep engagement and elicits the desired customer response. You enjoy building relationships with external vendors and internal customers, seeking to ensure maximum impact in today's events and those in the future. You have strong project planning and execution skills, including developing and owning work processes and process management. You're a strategic and creative thinker, action-oriented and calm while executing multiple complex events simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the tactical planning and implementation of trade shows
- Provide full end-to-end event expertise, including strategy, vendor management, RFP management, contract negotiations, and budget management
- Utilize exceptional project management skills to deliver events in line with overall program strategy and maximize ROI
- Create post-show/event analysis that documents best practices and lessons learned, including the performance of events against goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in event management or related field, preferably in a B2B environment
- Ability to prioritize and a natural motivator, ensuring delivery of influential events within tight deadlines
- Proven negotiating skills with event vendors, able to prepare and maintain budgets and contracts
- Good listener and effective communicator, able to pitch ideas and secure approval from all organization levels
- Available to travel up to 10-20%, including internationally and sometimes weekends
- Proficiency in project management tools, CRM Tools (Dynamics365), Event Management Tools (Cvent), and Microsoft Office Suite
- German, Spanish, or Portuguese speaker is a plus
