Job Description
We are seeking an IT Field Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- A love of (and ability to) Solve Problems & Challenges
- Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
- Understanding of support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide services
- Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
- Understanding diagnosis skills of technical issues related of end-user hardware & software and network devices
- Understanding experience and understanding of structured cabling (tidy cable management is a must)
- Understanding experience installing and maintaining networking and VoIP equipment
- Understanding experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform
- Understanding experience in clean workstation installations (tidy cable management for end-user devices, such as computers, monitors, printers, etc)
- Understanding experience working with vendors for expedited troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
- Advanced knowledge of IT Applications, Software & Hardware
- Great Communications skills, founded in being a good listener
- The ability to keep up with & adapt to the fast-paced IT world
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel to customer site a must
- Positive and professional demeanor
