Job Description

Reporting to: IT + Facilities Manager

iSeatz Inc., is looking for a talented business professional to assist the IT Manager and individual team members to implement technology solutions that meet business and performance requirements.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, analyzing and solving all issues related to internal iSeatz systems
  • Management of office hardware (personal computers, workstations, office networking and security) and software (administering productivity and communication tools)
  • Maintain conference rooms (AV equipment/cabling and weekly restocking of supplies)
  • Manage IT asset inventory including computers and related technology assets, software licenses and future hardware planning
  • Support internal systems for performance and scalability for all departments, including office wireless and wired Internet access, phones, data backup systems and virtual machines
  • Assist IT Manager with various special projects and initiatives to support business needs

The specific skills you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Service Desk: Possess the technical knowledge to investigate and solve general user technical issues. This includes basic hardware maintenance and software configurations.
  • Technical Problem Solving: The ability to analyze a technical problem, collect solution requirements, research possible solutions, make recommendations, and implement the approved strategy.
  • Communication: The ability to communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders is critical. Additionally, the ability to document change management and support procedures will ensure that environments are properly maintained and supported.
  • Collaboration: It is important to gather technical and business requirements and build plans that incorporate feedback.
  • Customer Centricity: Lead with a customer-centric approach; monitor and adjust strategy based on internal satisfaction surveys

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:


  • 2 years or more as a Service Desk Tech or similar role with specific experience in the following areas:
    • Software administration
    • Hardware rollout
    • Windows 10, 11 and MacOSX
    • Local networking systems and security
    • IT asset management and asset planning
