Job Description
Salary:
- Masters + 30: $96,741
- Certified: $92,837
- Non-certified: $91,097
Work Duration:
- 12 months
- 240 days
- 7.5 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of BESE laws, regulations, and policies affecting the curricular and instructional program
- Ability to supervise and manage program budgets
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with school and district staff
- Knowledge and experience of the Louisiana student standards and implementation of high quality Tier I curriculum
- Experience in digital learning platforms
- Knowledge of district and school accountability measures
- Knowledge of state-wide assessment program
- Experience in data analytics
Certification Requirements:
- Master's Degree -AND-
- Louisiana certification (Provisional Principal, Principal, Supervisor, or Educational Leadership) or a letter from the Louisiana State Department of Education indicating eligibility to receive Educational Leadership once employed in an Administrative position -OR-
- Substantial experience in K-12 data analytics, curriculum, instruction, and assessment administration, and knowledge of BESE policies/bulletins affecting the curricular and instructional programs and experience in the administration of the state-wide assessment programs.
- 5 years of successful teaching and/or administrative experience in St. Charles Parish Public Schools -PREFERRED-

Directors of Instructional Support new to St. Charles Parish Public Schools are provided with extensive and comprehensive support to foster success and growth, including but not limited to:
