Job Description

We are looking to add a focused, positive and detailed orientated to our team. The office Administrator will have many responsibilities within the office environment but their most essential role is supporting staff with day to day tasks that keep the business’ operations running smoothly.

Some of the duties include:

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and/or direct to appropriate staff
  • New and Existing Supplier and Vendor Account Management
  • Manage and reconcile incoming and outstanding payments
  • Process and reconcile client fee payments
  • Documenting revenue in a CRM
  • Create and update office reference guides, databases and informational tools
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Client Support Tasks involving new requests and ongoing files

Qualifications

  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
  • Time Management
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar and spelling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with minimal supervision
  • Self-sufficient, well organized, exceptional work ethic to set and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience with Customer Service
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer software – Your skills with Microsoft Office & Outlook will be assessed.
  • At least 3 years experience in office environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

Hourly wage is a starting rate; after completing a training and probationary period an increase will be considered based on proficiency and quality of work.
