Job Description
Want to gain experience in advertising quickly? The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with many teams to add value for our clients and keep internal processes running efficiently. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will receive training from every area in the agency (Accounts Service, Sales, Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Web Content, Creative, Accounting). This position reports to the COO and Director of Digital Media.
Qualifications:
- An eagerness for continuous learning
- Attention to detail (must be very detail oriented)
- Excellent communication skills
- An eagerness to generate ideas and work in a team environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Email)
- Organizational and follow through skills
- Ownership of tasks and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience at an advertising agency is preferred but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Attend product overview meetings with digital media vendors
- Assist with creation of sales presentations
- Create and distribute monthly reports
- Take and distribute notes as needed
- Digital marketing campaign audits and checks
- Competitor research
- Write and schedule 5 blogs throughout the year
- Social media and website assistance
