Job Description
We are a subprime auto lender looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to assist in our Insurance/Litigation Department. The associate will be responsible for product cancellations and assistance with insurance and litigation when needed.

$17-$18 an hour
Responsibilities include:
- Cancellation of Warranty/Gap contracts and obtaining required information.
- Maintain detailed records on all cancellations
- Assist with Total Loss auto claims and obtaining required information and documents
- Assist in collecting information on Gap claims
- Speak with various dealerships, Warranty and Gap companies for cancellation quotes and confirmation of coverage
- Assist with pulling of documents needed on Litigation suits
Requirements:
- Must have prior Auto Finance experience and knowledge of Products Gap/Warranty
- Must possess a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking skills
- Dealership experience
