Social Services Worker, Senior
$52,431 plus great benefits (click here for benefits information)
Kind of Work
Highly responsible professional and supervisory work overseeing the social services provided to individuals, families, and groups in a community, institutional, clinical and/or home setting; related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications
EITHER:
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Sociology, Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Development and Family Studies or a related field from an accredited college or university.
OR:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Sociology, Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Development and Family Studies or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Two (2) years of experience providing social services.
A Master's Degree is preferred.
Note: Some positions may require an applicant be registered with Louisiana State Board of Social Worker Examiners as a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
