Content Creator, Renaissance Publishing

Renaissance Publishing, a nationally award-winning media company based in New Orleans, is seeking a full-time Content Creator. We are looking for a seasoned creative leader with experience developing written and visual materials used for websites, social media, and print publications. 

Our ideal candidate will have superior writing and strong conceptual communication skills and will be able to adeptly maintain brand consistency across multiple publications and websites. Daily tasks include working with our advertising clients to produce original copy and slogans; managing sponsored content in our print publications, websites, newsletters, and social media; overseeing social media campaigns; collaborating on branding and marketing campaigns; and working closely with our advertising, marketing, and production teams.

Must be a polished communicator with an action-oriented focus, capable of solving communication challenges, and developing original solutions in a fast-paced environment. Should be a creative thinker with prolific ideas, able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Familiarity with trends in advertising, marketing, and social media is helpful. Strong proofreading skills required.

Our media assets include Biz New Orleans, New Orleans Magazine, New Orleans Bride, New Orleans Homes & Lifestyles, St. Charles Avenue, Courts of Carnival, Louisiana Life, Acadiana Profile and all digital extensions of these assets.
