The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, supporting visitors, and other administrative duties such as scanning, binding, copying, typing, etc. Assigning and assessing administrative projects and results.

Founded in August of 2005 in Gulfport, MS in an effort to aid with the clean-up and reconstruction efforts along the US Gulf Coast after being hit by Hurricane Katrina.
