Pay Rate (45,000 annually)

Bilingual (Spanish)

Job Description:

The Area Supervisor will serve as a liaison between our company, our employees at our customers sites, and our clients in a specific city/market.

The duties of an Area Supervisor are typically divided into two key areas: Employee Management and Account Management.

The Employee Management related duties consist of: Acquisition - finding and hiring the right candidates, Engagement & Retention - onboarding and ensuring employees’ needs and concerns are addressed, Performance Evaluation - conducting employees’ performance, developing, and executing improvement plans, ensuring policies and procedures, and followed, Timekeeping & Payroll Management - ensuring employees worked hours are tracked, and payment is processed on-time and accurately.

The Account Management related duties consist of: Retaining client’s business – learning client’s goals and objectives as it relates to staffing and help them achieve them by successfully managing employees (employee management), Seeking new opportunities – grow business at client sites by constantly communicating and promoting company’s services, as well as identifying and approaching new sales leads.

Responsibilities:

·         Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees with our customers.

·         Develop recruiting networks and sources.

·         Develop a safe, positive, and achievement-oriented working environment.

·         Learn and address employees’ concerns, as well as find ways to motivate employees for maximum performance and engagement.

·         Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find solutions.

·         Ensure employees follow safe work practices and company standards.

·         Develop behavioral and disciplinary standards for employees.

·         Ensure that all employees follow Time Keeping procedures and that all time for pre-shift work, breaks, lunches, and any other payable activities are recorded in corresponding time keeping system.

·         Ensure that all Wage and Hour compliance is met.

·         Contact and/or visit customers as needed and assure their staffing needs are achieved in a timely manner along with addressing any operational concerns.

·         Identify new opportunities at client’s locations that translate into account financial growth.

·         Identify new business opportunities in the market that translate into market financial growth.

·         Develop operating budget and control expenses within that budget.

·         Ensure all operations reports are updated weekly

·         Other Duties

Requirements:

·         Recruitment, Staffing Operations, Hospitality Management, and/or Sales experience is required

·         Prior Supervisory experience is required

·         Bilingual SPA – ENG is required

·         Attention to detail

·         Time Management Skills

·         Well-developed, strong communication skills

·         Availability to work weekend and holidays is required

·         Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or similar paths is a plus

 

Experience with the below software solutions is a plus:

·         Bullhorn

·         Kronos

·         Microsoft Office


Travel: This position requires up to 80% travel within surrounding area, and out of the area occasionally.
