POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Blanchard is searching for highly motivated individuals looking for an opportunity to connect with investors who are interested in sustainable wealth management. These individual representatives are our Portfolio Managers. Each Blanchard Portfolio Manager will assist our clients in the purchasing, sales and trading of precious metals, numismatics and other financial endeavors. These Managers cater to an existing retail client base, as well as to new clients, both of which are provided by the company.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage, contact and sell to an existing client account base
· Work with new clients to develop goals and strategies
- Develop clients through proactive outcalls, prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Provide sales support to existing accounts while growing business
- Expand your customer base
- Follow-up on leads from a variety of sources
- Contribute to the team effort of the company
· Complete initial and ongoing industry training
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of previous commission-based sales experience
- Passion to support our company mission
- Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
- Ability to overcome objections
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a goal and performance-based environment
- Inside sales experience preferred, but not required
- Outstanding customer focus
- A positive attitude and are a team player
