Job Duties

 Order Fulfillment:

• Carefully and efficiently pack all orders, print shipping labels and drop off at mail center.

• Pack and drop off inventory for consignment accounts.

• Handle returns and exchanges

• Maintain a clean studio space

• Restock inventory as needed

• Monitor office supplies

Inventory Management:

• Organize and restock inventory as needed

• Count, tag and receive new shipments

• Twice a year count inventory and update website inventory

• Restock local consignment shops on a refular basis

Social media/ Website

• Work with social media manager to help build content and engage on social media

Website

• Upload new products and pictures to the online platforms as needed

• Manage out of stock items on website

Retail Shifts:

• 2-4 days per month of retail shifts in either a shop setting or in a festival setting selling Passion Lilie products

Candidate must be: organized, reliable, trustworthy, trainable/ quick to learn, problem solver, good communication skills and wants to make a difference in the fashion industry. Reliable transportation is a must.
