Job Description
Joel's Lobster Rolls is hiring! We are currently a popup shop, but soon to be food truck. We need assistance prepping for popups/events, and also cooking the food during service. Hours are generally from 1pm - 9pm, Wednesday thru Sunday, but those times can change based on what time the popup/event is. Generally, on the weekends, the hours are a bit earlier, usually between 10am - 6pm
Here are some general responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare food prior to service
- Maintain clean and organized work space
- Load food truck/van with food and equipment
- Maintain food temperature safety during service.
- Cook food to order, while maintaining high quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction and happiness
- Clean and pack up the food truck/van after service
Starting pay is $15/hr plus tips. If for some reason, after tips, you don't make at least $17/hr, we bump your hourly up to $17. (that has never happened, most shifts, you make $22-$35 per hour). To apply, you can email joelslobsterrolls@gmail.com, or just apply through worknola.com
