Summary:

Develop the commercial strategy and processes and lay the foundation for company growth.  This includes Product development, customer strategy, customer interface, business strategy, pricing, overseeing the sales functions and operations. Global expansion to LATAM, UK, Australia and NAM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Transform services into products and punctual revenue into recurring revenue

·       Develop and maintain a project pipeline to assure commercial success

·        Active customer engagement to identify growth and strategies based on customer feedback

·        Commercial project management: ensure that projects are on budget and that any overruns are communicated to the appropriate stakeholder

·        Represent the company at trade shows and conferences

·        Understand the customer requirements and translate them into a product

      Collaborate with internal product development team to plan and time product development cycles

Required Qualifications:

·        Ten years of experience selling complex  projects within the wind energy sector

·        Undergraduate in appropriate field, MBA desired

·        Languages: English, Portuguese – required.  Spanish – Desired

·        Solid understanding of wind energy operations
