Campus Recruiter - New Orleans, LA

Argano is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition/People Team. We are a rapidly growing Digital Transformation Professional Services Company.  You will be responsible for the identification and recruitment of student talent for internships and full-time new graduate talent for our Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce verticals. This role focuses on candidate and school outreach and building relationships with faculty, students and career center staff. You will also collaborate with Leadership, Hiring Managers and HR Team. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Recruit and hire Rockstars for Argano across Americas for our Microsoft Dynamics D365 tower.
• HEAVY focus on technical roles;
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative sources to address hiring needs both immediate and long term.
• Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point.
• Develop repeatable processes and strategy to streamline recruitment cycle.
• Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
• Maintain required documentation/compliance
• Work and establish relationship with third party vendors to maintain the contracting pool.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor Degree required
• 1 plus years of recruiting experience needed, prior campus experience is a plus
• Strong interest in the hi-tech world and embedded in industry trends
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions while continuing to pipeline candidates for future needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment and ability to manage competing demands.
• Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among multiple parties.
• Exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
•  Team Player who is organized and detail orientated.
• Some occasional travel
