Job Description
We are currently seeking a Staff Auditor for a CPA firm based in the CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance on audits in preparing work papers, trial balances, engagement correspondence.
- Obtain an understanding of the client's business and industry as well as working knowledge of the client's system cycles and account balances
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Maintain a continuing base of knowledge of accounting, audit, and tax
- Participate in assigned engagements in technical areas of client engagements or projects
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Internship or other accounting-based activity is preferred
- Ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals
