Job Description

We are a fast-growing SaaS (software as a service) company that is looking for a customer success intern! This person would be responsible for learning all about our rasa.io dashboard and customer-facing information. They would be independently communicating with customers via our support channels and play an integral role on the CS team. They would also have the opportunity to be involved in product development, testing, and more. This is an incredible opportunity to collect valuable experience in the world of tech as well as hone in on your communication skills, analytical skills, and others.


Other information:

  • The desired start is February 2022; the exact date can be negotiated.
  • The position is remote; (the rest of the company works remotely as well).
  • The number of hours worked per week is negotiable. The more the better!
