Job Description

Sophie B Wright High School is seeking to immediately fill the position of an Administrative Support Assistant The school is seeking a person with excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and
proactively; multitask with the ability to work well under pressure; experience maintaining accurate records; basic accounting skills desired; must have a diplomatic and congenial manner; ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships with administration, staff,
faculty, students and the general public.

Requirements: Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
3 -5 years of school administrative experience
Advanced and accurate typing skills (50-60 wpm)
Experience operating all standard office machinery
Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
