Job Description
Gramercy Labs is looking for a Full-Time Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring great employees. Other responsibilities will include:
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
- Interview potential candidates
- Source and qualify potential candidates
- Provide summary write ups on candidate submissions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience recruiting for start-up companies is a major plus!
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with job hunting websites
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing methods
