About: One Stop Property Shop is a full service AirBnB management company that manages over 20 properties throughout New Orleans. We are currently building a team of professional and experienced cleaners to clean houses that we rent on AirBnB. Experience cleaning houses or experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. 

Cleaning jobs occur all days of the week but tend to be busiest on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Cleaners will have an average of 20 hours per week to perform. Some days will be off or light work; busy days will require a full day commitment. Cleaners must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and be able to perform physical labor.

Jobs are located throughout New Orleans, especially in Treme, Mid-City, CBD, Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods. This position requires you to have your own transportation and a valid driver's license. 

Rate: $9-$13 per hour. Potential for bonuses depending on quality of work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
• Washing windows
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
• Making beds and changing linens
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste 
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures in AirBnB properties 
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements 
• Reporting Property Damage, Missing Items, or other concerns with the properties
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience cleaning properties in a professional setting.
• An automobile and a valid driver’s license.
