Job Description
At The McEnery Company, our success depends on our people, productivity, and procedures. A research assistant is needed to assist staff appraisers with day to day research and analysis in the appraisal valuation department. Our company is rapidly expanding and we are seeking professionals young and old to grow within the company.
Objectives of this Role
· Provide reliable and credible research data to staff appraised
· Assist with comparable data research and implementation in database
· Property specific analysis and fact finding
Skills and Qualifications
· Superb written and verbal communication skills
· Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
· Solid interpersonal skills
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Strong work ethic and good attitude
Preferred Qualifications
· College degree
· Comfortable handling confidential information
· Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
