Job Description
A large community on the Northshore is in need of a groundskeeper for their facility grounds!

Monday-Friday, $12 per hour
We are looking for someone with:
- Thorough knowledge of grounds maintenance and lawn care equipment
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions.
You must be able to move throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day. Good visual and hearing ability required. You are frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to grasp, reach with arms, stoop, kneel or crouch. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds. Frequently exposed to mechanical parts,, outside weather conditions, chemicals and loud noises.
