Up To $15 a Hour

Global Communication Center, LLC is a virtual call center in Louisiana with continued and phenomenal growth. We are currently hiring independent contractors that has great computer skills and maintain excellent customer service. Qualifications:

  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Must speak fluent English 
  • Bilingual French and Spanish agents are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for working with people and offering empathetic support with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
  • The ability to use multiple computer applications while talking to clients over the phone.
  • A familiarity with smartphones, tablets, operating systems, PCs, and Macs.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries about product details, return policies, billing issues, and general concerns.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
