Led by some of the biggest names in the New Orleans culinary industry, NOCHI offers the chance to complete a high-quality Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts certificate program in 100 days. Unlike with two-year programs, you'll achieve the necessary skills to join the ranks of industry on a 26-subject, twenty-week program.
