The Laurel in New Orleans offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. At The Laurel, we do everything possible to ensure our residents continue to lead an enriched, engaged life. Residents, family, and friends will enjoy our beautifully renovated community featuring a magnificent 3-story sunlit atrium that brings the outdoors inside with lush interior landscaping, fountains, and living walls. Our warm and safe environment will give families peace of mind about their loved ones.
We offer Memory care—just for her. The Laurel is the area’s first assisted-living community exclusively for women’s Memory Care needs. We know how to reduce their anxiety and help our residents function at the highest level possible. Led by a full-time Memory Care Activities Director, we curate engaging activities tailored to celebrate individual interests and passions. From therapeutic art to serene gardening, each day presents new opportunities for residents to thrive and rediscover their passions.
