The Scott Cowen Institute for Public Education Initiatives at Tulane University is an action-oriented think tank that informs and catalyzes solutions – through programs, partnerships, and policies – to eliminate the challenges impeding the success of K-12 public school systems. It also serves as a clearinghouse for charter and traditional public schools in Orleans Parish to directly access the myriad of experts and resources available at Tulane.
