Scandy is a small team of professionals dedicated to making great things by tackling hard problems. Some of the things we are building don’t come with a README.md file, so be prepared to break new ground. 

We do work hard, but we don’t want to own your life. Work life balance is important to us. 

We are fine with remote work arrangements. We’ve got a very cool workspace, but if you’d rather work from home on a Tuesday, just because? All good. Just be in touch on Slack and be ready to have a Zoom call when needed.

We have an equity stock option plan, and all employees are eligible to receive options after six months of full-time employment. We have been in business since 2014, so we have plenty of staying power.
