Hope Stone, Inc., parent company of Kid's Play NOLA, is a unique organization dedicated to presenting authentic dance, music and theater performances as well as embracing and nurturing the creative and expressive side of children through the positive, empowering experience of the performing arts. The Kid's Play NOLA program reaches out to children of all demographics who are living in the city of New Orleans in conjunction with existing after-school programs. Participants take part in FREE dance, music, theater, yoga, creative writing, and visual arts classes at various community locations including local public schools, home school venues, and youth community centers. Our goal is to create a greater knowledge of New Orleans culture and heritage and to encourage students to take pride in their accomplishments. We also hope students will be enriched by exposure to different cultures, learn the value of teamwork and expand their individual creativity and self expression.
