The South Louisiana Swim Team is a comprehensive swim program located in Metairie, Laplace, New Orleans and Hammond. We operate a competitive, year round swim team, summer swim programs, year round swim lessons, and more at our varying locations. Our competitive team competes at local, state and national meets and we have much success with all levels and abilities. Our swim lesson program is also very successful with many of our participants joining the team. Our swimmers are successful because we have a committed and vibrant staff that loves working with children, helping people reach goals, and building our team to its potential.
