Red Rooster is a unique neighborhood restaurant located in Central City, New Orleans.  We specialize in classic New Orleans style po-boys, fried chicken, seafood platters, yaka-mein, and freshly made desserts.  Red Rooster opened in 1977 as a "snoball stand" serving only sno-ball stand and operating primarily during the summer months.  Over the years, we've progressively expanded our menu offerings to become a year round business and we also serve snoballs year round!

Red Rooster takes pride in preparing all of its food with the freshest ingredients as each order is "made to order"  We are primarily a "to-go" order establishment but we have limited outdoor seating on our covered patio.
